One of the greatest challenges was to digitize a previously analog industry, for example, in order to map heterogeneous retailer systems with a wide variety of requirements for pricing, delivery costs, discounts, product ranges, delivery times, payment systems, etc. on a common homogeneous platform and to connect them individually.
At the same time, the task was to develop tools for optimizing logistics, with special requirements for capacity and route planning as well as delivery execution and deposit management, and to roll them out to the participating partners.
In addition to a web portal and management applications and tools, a mobile app also had to be developed. In addition, the platform should be able to be found well on the Internet, i.e. SEO optimization has a very high priority.
The DACH expansion in 2022 brought with it additional requirements for country-specific regulations and logics that had to be implemented.
