Our history
BITS GmbH is an owner-managed IT company based in Munich. Our core competencies lie in the areas of digital solutions and digital consulting & project management.
We support medium-sized companies, corporations and start-ups in the planning, implementation and realization of their digital solutions – from the initial idea to successful operation.

At BITS, we live for togetherness and freedom – we are convinced that everyone can only work well if the working atmosphere and working environment are positive. Therefore, we look out for each other and are open and transparent in our actions. Our values have evolved from this basic idea.
Cooperation
We work together according to our values and pull together: IT consultants, project managers and developers work hand in hand with a very high degree of reliability and trust. Together we bring our customers’ projects to the finish line and work on our company goals every day. Our employees are as diverse as our projects and customers. Every colleague is in a different stage of life, looks at work and life from a different perspective and has a different intention to work in our team. We respect and encourage this.

THE MANAGEMENT
The three managing partners of BITS have known each other since their student days. After studying computer science together and taking their first steps in joint projects and ventures, their professional paths parted to some extent – combined with the opportunity to gain national and international experience in the most diverse areas of IT – only to meet up again within BITS in the end.
Martin Moser has returned to the BITS team as Managing Director after several years as an independent consultant in the international environment. His strengths lie in consulting and project management as well as in acquisition. As Managing Director, our spin-off “customice” is particularly close to his heart. Together with Alexander Dempf, Marc Schallehn has been at the heart of our team from day one. As the most innovative mind, he is globally responsible for architecture, organization and implementation. He is the first point of contact for business and IT implementation strategies. It also provides direction for technical decisions in the company. The foundation of BITS GmbH goes back to Alexander Dempf. His professional focus is on consulting, project management and software architecture. He is responsible for all sales and financial issues on the management board.
