Last week we were represented with a booth at the herCAREER EXPO in Munich.

In addition to many exciting presentations and MeetUps, we were able to get in touch with some candidates and present ourselves and our way of working at BITS. We are very pleased that our values of reliability, togetherness and long-termism have met with such approval from the candidates. This encourages us to continue to place a clear focus on togetherness, a nice team atmosphere and long-term cooperation.

As already announced in anticipation of herCAREER, it was important to us to make our contribution to strengthening the quota of women in the ICT industry. Not least because of this, we were very pleased that so many women are interested in careers in IT or are already working in this field at an industry-neutral trade fair like herCAREER.

We hope we could convince some candidates to join us to start a new challenge. We have already been able to arrange the first talks and are looking forward to all the others.
