This year we will be at the 06. and 07. October at the
herCAREER
 EXPO will be represented. We are pleased to be able to make a contribution to increasing the proportion of women in the IT sector, which according to the digital association Bitkom is very low. In the entire ITC industry, 11% of companies still have a female share of 0%.

We at BITS are therefore already proud that our share of women is around 25%.
