BITS has implemented an intelligent solution for the automation of IT support processes in an exciting project for an e-commerce company. The aim was to significantly increase efficiency in first-level support, shorten response times and at the same time ensure information security when using internal data sources.

The core of the solution is the seamless integration of Zendesk with the mybits.ai AI platform. This analyzes incoming requests, generates context-based response suggestions and supports support staff in their daily processing – always with source information and sensitivity checks.
