At BITS, the “Lunch&Learn” lunchtime format has been in place for several months. The event takes place once a month and serves the continuous education of the team.
We start first with a common lunch. Food and drinks will be provided. After lunch, the learning part follows. Here, an employee prepares a self-selected topic from practice and presents it to the colleagues.

The events are designed in different ways, both interactive and classical.
Topics and content of the events run so far have been, for example, decision-making, agility and presentation techniques.
