The aim was to significantly increase efficiency in first-level support, shorten response times and at the same time ensure information security when using internal data sources. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"529\" data-end=\"818\">The core of the solution is the seamless integration of Zendesk with the mybits.ai AI platform.
